Eric Ruehle

Prior to founding West Harbor, Eric was a Senior Vice President at Sitex Group, a national industrial real estate private equity firm where he led the firm's expansion into Southern California. Eric has also held key roles at CenterPoint Properties, First Industrial Realty Trust and AEW Capital Management.  

 

Eric currently serves on the board of directors for the NAIOP Inland Empire chapter and Sharefest Community Development.  Eric lives in Palos Verdes Estates with his wife and three children.

 

  

Adam Deierling

Managing Partner

 

Prior to founding West Harbor, Adam was a Vice President at Industrial Property Trust ("IPT"), a public non-traded REIT.  Adam was responsible for the company's western region asset management division as well as sourcing acquisition opportunities. During his tenure, Adam leased and managed over 41 million square feet for Black Creek Group's two industrial funds (Industrial Income Trust and Industrial Property Trust). Previously, Adam was an industrial broker in Los Angeles with CBRE and Colliers International.  

 

Adam currently serves on the board of directors for the SIOR Los Angeles chapter and the AIR CRE.  Adam lives in Torrance with his wife and three children.

 

 

Nick Weisnicht 

Partner

 

Prior to joining West Harbor Capital, Nick was a Senior Vice President at Sitex Group where he was responsible for industrial real estate investments located in New York/New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles. Nick has successfully completed industrial real estate transactions valued at more than $750 million. Nick executed investments through two programmatic joint ventures with a major state pension fund, various discretionary private capital funds and one-off syndications. He also directed the successful dispositions of more than $1 billion to institutional and local investors.

 

Nick is a member of the Real Estate Investment and Development forum within the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and participates in the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association’s Student Mentorship Program.
